Procurement Application Forms could be obtained from 17.03.2023 up to 03.04.2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from the Purchases and Supplies Unit by submitting the receipt obtained after payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 as Procurement Application
Form fee for each of the application to the Finance Section at the Head Office located at Crow Island, Mattakkuliya, Colombo 15 in favour of the Director General / NARA.

A pre bid meeting for bidders who obtained Bid Forms for Security Services will be held at 10.00 a.in. on 28.03.2023 and a Pre-Bid Meeting for bidders who obtained Bid Forms for Sanitary Services will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 28.03.2023 at the Main Auditorium.

Duly completed separate bids for Obtaining Security Services - 2023/2024 Tender Box No. 01 and for Obtaining Sanitary Services - 2023/2024 - Tender Box No. 02 should be inserted in the appropriate Tender Boxes kept in the Finance Division on the First Floor at the NARA Head Office.
