Tenders are invited for Security Service for Base Hospital Kattankudy

Bid Security (Rs): 38, 000.00

Tender Fee Non-Refundable (Rs) 1, 500.00

Bids should be submitted separately for each procurement. The title of the Procurement and bid reference number should be clearly mentioned on the top left corner of the bid submission envelopes.
Duly completed sealed bids should be delivered in duplicate by registered post to Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Ministry of Health Services, Inner Harbour Road, Trincomalee or can be deposited in the Bid Box kept at the Procurement Unit on or before 16.04.2024 at 10.30 a.m.
Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
Pre-bid meeting will be held on 05.04.2024 at 10.00 hrs. at Auditorium, 1st Floor, Ministry of Health Services, Eastern Province.
Interested Bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents free of charge prior to collection if desired
and can be obtained further information from Chief Accountant, Ministry of Health Services-
