Tender Details

The Client regularly uses security reception and hospitality services when carrying out its duties as an employer. The aim of this European public tender is to enter into a contract in a verifiable and transparent manner Contract agreement with one (1) Contractor for the performance of security reception and hospitality services. The scope of the Assignment includes the following: 1. A permanent team of security guards for a total of 5622.75 hours per year on a basis of 5 working days per week and 51 weeks per year. 2. Two permanent employees for reception and hospitality tasks for a total of 3160 hours per year based on 5 working days per week and 51 weeks per year. 3. The deployment of security staff or personal protection officers (in addition to the permanent team of security guards) on call, occasionally on some weekend days, qualifies as additional work. A further quotation will be requested for this.
