Security of the Prague 1 - Vodičkova municipal district office building The subject of the public contract is the provision of 24/7/365 physical security services for the building of the Prague 1 Municipal District Office at Vodičkova 18, Prague 1, and related security, reception and information activities. In particular, the fulfillment includes: • supervision of the safety of the facility and persons in the facility; • control of the entry of persons and their movement in the building; •prevention, notification and initial resolution of security incidents; •cooperation with the client, the Czech Police of the Republic, municipal police and components of the integrated rescue system; • performance of reception and basic information activities; •supervision of the EPS, EMS and the fulfillment of the duties of the fire alarm within the scope of the building's operating rules; • patrol activity in the building a parking lot control; •maintenance of the service book and other operational records; • issuance and registration of keys within the scope of the facility's operating rules. Building of the Municipal District Office Prague 1 •This is a seven-story building and a dedicated parking lot in Vodičková Street. It's in the building possible to enter through one main entrance. The EZS and EPS terminal equipment and monitoring equipment for both exits of the public passage to Vodičkova and Navrátilova streets are routed to the gatehouse. • Passage operation for the public: Mon-Fri 6:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.; Sat 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Detailed the technical specification, delimitation of sites, operating procedures and equipment are contained in Annexes No. 5 and No. 6 of this tender documentation.
