The UPR Comprehensive Cancer Center will be receiving proposals in sealed envelopes for the acquisition of the service of a Security Operations Center (SOC), 24/7/365; SOC 2 Type II Certification for the UPR Comprehensive Cancer Center, that provides monitoring, detection, analysis, remediation and response to incidents, among others, with a 100% on-premise implementation model. At the pre-auction meeting, the scope of the project will be discussed and a guided tour will be held, attendance at the Meeting and visit are mandatory to be able to present your proposal. A Bid Bond corresponding to 10% of the value of your proposal is required to ensure that you will sustain your bid throughout the auction procedure or until 180 days. The proposals will be delivered on the date and time indicated in the Purchasing Office, Floor G of the Hospital on or before the delivery deadline. You are encouraged to arrive before the deadline, however, no proposal will be accepted. that is received after the date and time set for the delivery of proposals. The instructions for this process are designed to promote a transparent competition process in the search for competitive cost options for the service requested.​
