The scope includes log analysis, use case development, threat intelligence integration, incident detection, triage and support for incident response, based on data from on-premise, cloud (including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS) and OT environments (SCADA/PLC). The service is provided in a hybrid model where: Vitens remains responsible for incident response and the supplier for detection, analysis and advice.
