Consultant to complete a site investigation to assess the 2023 TRA recommendations for security improvements of the building. The investigation is to determine the implementation requirements to add intrusion detection systems for multiple doors and security glazing for all ground floor windows. The visual inspection should include for all base building critical infrastructure doors that should be alarmed with an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) as per building security standard that shall be monitored on a 24/7 basis and all glass windows within 5.4 meters of the ground that should be protected against burglary and forced entry type attacks. Provide a report including details and results of the inspections noted above. The report must follow the requirements of document RP1-PSV-12135-EN BGIS Consultant Deliverable Scope Guidelines, section 4 Consulting Services Non-Construction.
