Description : This contract is aimed to achieve an efficient system of security and protection for all EUPOL COPPS mission staff and equipment in Ramallah. The purpose of this contract is to provide a high-quality 24/7 staffed guarding and watchkeeping service at the HQ premises that is commensurate with the threat, meets the needs of the field security policy and is able to service the Building Integrated Systems (BIS) which includes security, safety, fire and intrusion detection systems installed at mission premises. The purpose of the guarding and watchkeeping service is to safeguard EUPOL COPPS- personnel, reputation, information, and assets (including buildings and vehicles) as directed, provide competent staff to operate a 24/7 Security Movement Operations Centre, functioning in an effective and efficient manner at all times. Provide first medical response and firefighting response capability in the mission premises and support the mission in crisis scenarios.
