Tender Details

The municipality of Enschede and the municipality of Losser, as contracting authorities, both want to contract one contractor to provide physical man security for the reception locations of Ukrainians. The municipality of Enschede and the municipality of Losser are on the basis of the European Temporary Protection Directive (RTB) responsible for the reception of Ukrainians in the city. The Ukrainians are being accommodated in various reception locations in the city. Physical security has been deployed at these reception locations. For this one tender, we are looking for a security company that can provide these services for both Plot 1 Enschede and Plot 2 Losser. Refugees from Ukraine have protection in the Netherlands under the European Temporary Protection Directive (RTB). This was extended in June 2025 until March 4, 2027. The government is working on a return program to help refugees who want to return with a sustainable return. The government is also working on a long-term plan for return and residence the period after March 4, 2027. Until then, refugees from Ukraine have shelter and facilities.
