Tender Details

The municipality of Utrecht wants to enter into an Agreement with one Contractor for the management, maintenance and, when necessary, replacement and expansion of (existing) hardware and software security components, whether or not linked to the Prismata control room system of the municipality of Utrecht according to clear uniform agreements. Extensions of security systems are part of this Assignment as project-based realizations. This concerns components and software for the: • Video Management System (VMS); • Access Control System (TCS); • Intercom System (ICS); • Intrusion Detection System (IDS); • Key boxes. Part of the Assignment is that adjustments to the above-mentioned systems are carried out correctly, so that they become integral processed in the Prismata control room system, the management and maintenance of which lies with CroonWolter&Dros B.V.
