City of Dardenne Prairie Request for Proposal The City of Dardenne Prairie is requesting competitive proposals for the purchase of a replacement security camera solution for the City of Dardenne Prairie. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough, with the IT Manager, will be conducted on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 11am. The current camera locations include City Hall, City Hall Park, Pickleball Courts, Concession stand, maintenance buildings and new installations at Barat Haven Park (parking lot), and Bluebird Park (parking lot) - Estimated 40 Cameras Total. Proposal must be submitted to the City Hall, located at 2032 Hanley Road, Dardenne Prairie, MO 63368, no later than 4/30/2026 at 10:00am. Late bids will not be considered. Instructions to Bidders 1.
