Tender Details

The work to secure and modernize the IGH of the North hospital is part of the modernization project - CAP 2030 - of the Assistance publique des Hopitaux de Marseille. The project is divided into four phases.

The first phase, the subject of the consultation, concerns the restructuringand the grouping of consultation and tertiary activities.

This first phase will focus in particular on the following works:

- Extensions to the ground floor, included in a BDM labeling process (Silver Level obtained at the design stage),

- Restructuring and redevelopment oflevels on the ground floor and R 2 of building D,

- Demolition of the "Swiss chalet" on R 13 and restructuring of level 12 (including tower C),

- Addition of logistics freight elevators on the North facade extension

- Repair of the waterproofing of the terrace of R 13

- Renovation of part of the lifting devices (batteries H and L)

- Productions and Verticalities associated with the operation of this phase of work.

The work will take place on an active hospital site and will be simultaneous with other projects planned on the North hospital site. It should be noted that asbestos removal workwill also be planned as part of this consultation.

This consultation aims to choose the holder who will carry out all of the work in this phase.

The other phases will be the subject of one or more other consultations which will be published subsequently
