The object of the procurement is the security and lobby services of Aalto University. The whole includes externally purchased lobby, local security, order control, district security, alarm monitoring and alarm security services as well as As described in the request for tender for the Aalto-Apua service. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Aalto University's own janitorial services are not included in the procurement. Through a competition, Aalto University is looking for a service provider who can implement the quality of the service package described in the procurement notice and overall economy, taking into account the nature and special features of Aalto University's operating environment. The goal is to find a partner with whom Aalto University can ensure cooperation the production of high-level services and to develop the quality of services throughout the contract period. The service to be procured and the minimum requirements for it are described in more detail in the tender documents.
