This contract is a multi-awardee framework agreement with purchase orders intended to provide human surveillance, guarding and security services for people and property on the various sites or buildings during events organized by the Commune of Le Tampon. Each lot will be awarded separately. The Tender Commission selects a minimum of 2 candidates and a maximum of 3 with regard to the admissibility of the offers. The allocation of purchase orders will be carried out in turn according to the order established following the ranking of the offers. The estimated amounts in this notice correspond to the annual maximum amounts. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year from its date of notification, tacitly renewable 3 times, without exceeding 4 years of execution. If the maximum threshold provided for in the market is reached, it may be renewed early for a further period of one year, without ever being able to exceed 4 years.
