The framework agreement includes the provision of security and emergency center services. Concreet houdt dit in om de opdrachtgever te ontzorgen tijdens de sluitingsuren van zijn gebouwen door middel van het verzorgen van de alarmcentralediensten, de alarmopvolging and surveillance of the various locations. Additionally, the supply and installation of key safes is also included in this order. The assignment specifically includes: - Monitoring alarm systems via telemonitoring center ("control room"); - Performing interventions after alarm notification; - Carrying out opening and closing rounds in the buildings included in the scope, including switching off and on the alarm by a mobile security agent; - Extra opening or closing round or security assignment request; - Monthly reporting of the interventions carried out and the opening and closing rounds; - Static surveillance and/or personal control: the supervision of both movable and immovable property and the control of persons with a view to ensuring safety in places accessible to the public or not; - Installing key safes on the outside of the buildings Category (CPV code): Security services (79710000)
