About the Quebec Port Authority The Quebec Port Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) is an autonomous entity, created under the Canada Maritime Act, whose mission is to promote and develop maritime commerce, serve the economic interests of the Quebec region and Canada and ensure its profitability while respecting its community and the environment. Summary Description of the Project As part of this call for tenders, the Administration wishes to obtain submissions for the acquisition of goods or the performance of services and/or works briefly described below (hereinafter referred to as the Project), in accordance with the Project Description in Appendix 2 hereof. Provide the services of an agency security for one-off needs and on requests for the years 2026 to 2031. In addition to the Project Description, a Specimen of the Contract is attached in Annex 3 hereto, representing the contractual terms of the Project.
