Details of the required lines are in Book of terms and conditions. - Temporary insurance is 5% of the estimated value - Final deposits: 10% of the referral value. - The disbursement officer has the right to reduce the final deposits. - Duration of the bidder-s commitment to his offer: sixty days, starting from the day following the date of opening the bids. - Duration of the nominated contractor-s engagement It shall be presented within thirty days, starting from the day following the date on which he was notified of the transfer of the undertaking in writing. - The book of special conditions is obtained from the Contracts Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates for an amount of 500 new Syrian pounds, only five hundred new Syrian pounds, paid into the central treasury fund in Ministry of Finance.
