a) The subject of the procedure and order is to select a contractor for construction works together with the necessary supplies in order to implement the investment task called Protection and exposure of the historic mikveh in Elechów, including the reconstruction of the historic mikveh located on plot no. 2053/2 of the Elechwy district, Garwoliski district, province. Masovian Voivodeship. The facility was registered by the Masovian Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments under No. A-1358 by decision DS.5140.4.5.2016.ZSA of November 21, 2016 No. 155/2016 to register of monuments or ritual mikvah, located in the basement of the Jewish community building (kahau), demolished in 1942, in Elechów. Work on the building should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the decision and the Act on the protection and care of monuments monuments (Journal of Laws 2020.0.282, consolidated text) b) Due to the fact that this investment procedure is covered by funding from the Preliminary Promise No. RPOZ/2022/7555/PolskiLad from the Government Program for the Protection of Monuments and is subject to the principles of payment of remuneration indicated in the preliminary promise referred to above.
