Operator Secure Telecommunications Infrastructures and Services. Corporate Access Network Support. Support of Corporate Directory Systems. Support of Corporate Network Protection Systems. The object of this contract is the “Secure communications service, provision and support of the telecommunications networks of the Zaragoza City Council”, in accordance with the provisions of the Specific Particular Administrative Clauses (hereinafter PCAPE) and the Particular Technical Prescriptions (hereinafter PPTP), which appear in the file and whose set of component documents are contractual in nature. This is a mixed contract, comprising benefits inherent to the supply contract and the service contract, the main provision being the supply. ------------------------In accordance with clause 29 of the PCAPE, given the nature of the support services on sensitive municipal facilities, the Technical Annexes to the Tender Document Particular Technical Prescriptions (PPTP) contain information whose public dissemination could compromise the security of the infrastructure of the Zaragoza City Council.
