SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objective in issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to identify CBC/Radio-Canada-s future Supplier of Goods/Services for a new global training platform for secure code for CBC/Radio-Canada developers. The overall goal is to help developers learn the basics of secure code best practices to decrease the impact of secure code review and to work upstream in the development pipelines. This solution should not increase the workload of the development teams and could use gamification (points, badges, achievements or leaderboards) which is a strategy to enhance the user experience with the interface, improve user engagement, evaluation and competitiveness within the team.
