Please respond to each point if your company has the capability to meet the SHA-s specifications. (Please refer to the RFP). Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: •Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement •Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement •Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

Mandatory Requirement – Site Visits on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.(please see RFP for locations).
