The United States Coast Guard Sector New Orleans is accepting quotes from qualified vendors for Elevator services.
Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW) to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows:
Base Period: 01 Sep 2026 - 31 Aug 2027
Option Year One: 01 Sep 2027 - 31 Aug 2028
Option Year Two: 01 Sep 2028 - 31 Aug 2029
Option Year Three: 01 Sep 2029 - 31 Aug 2030
Option Year Four: 01 Sep 2030 - 31 Aug 2031
Contractors- quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years.
This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are:
