The subject of the contract is the installation of a two-way certified speed change system on the property of the contracting authority with a camera system for two-wheel and one-wheel vehicles with secure operation of the device, including automated data collection on the performed change, their processing and transfer to the city's IS Hradec Krlov and to the SYDO Traffic SCAN PR Hradec Krlov system. The device must allow a certified number of speed measurements of two-track and one-track vehicles on the required (certain) section, must contain software for searching for stolen and seized vehicles (online operation with a sent list up to 10 seconds) and must automatically record violations, which will be displayed, safely stored and then automatically processed in the software provided by ORP Hradec Krlov so that the documents are used in the correct way. Basic parameters for processing traffic control of MP Hradec Krlov in the SYDO Traffic system is a plot. 3 provide documentation. According to the system, it must allow the transfer of data or their list to the PR system of the Hradec Krlov regional editorial board and use of the data for its needs.
