Through this Expression of Interest, the Regional District Okanagan Similkameen (the ”RDOS”) invites Submissions from interested parties (individual or corporation) in the serving as the campground operator of Secrest Agricultural Worker Campground, located north of Oliver in RDOS Electoral Area ‘C-. The successful Respondent will be provided with a camp site, utilities (Water, Sewer and Electrical) and a portion of the revenue and a serviced campsite in exchange for services, commencing on April 1st, 2026 and continuing for a period of seven months. This EOI document sets-out: the details of the Services required; the process for submission, evaluation and award of the Contract; the terms and conditions of the Contract; plus, forms which outline the information a Respondent to this EOI should submit in their Submission.
