Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the restoration of the right floor surfaces and the completion of the cladding of the rear walls in two blocks from Pardubice, Beneovo mn. 590, 530 02 Pardubice. The essence of the work is a complete renovation of the floor surface (including sanding and double coating with anti-slip varnish) due to especially the wear and tear of the floor after more than 10 years of use, when the protective varnish is completely worn away, which threatens its life and operational safety. The content of the contract is, according to the finished wall, up to 2.2 m high, including the dismantling of the structural elements and the installation of the old rot with OSB boards. Obloen the rear walls are necessary not only because of the planned installation of new brickwork, but also because the cladding behind the existing brickwork has so far been missing. Finished cladding is necessary to meet the technical conditions for safe attachment of new panels (replacement and installation of new panels are not part of this order).
