Description
The Army Contracting Command - Redstone, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama 35898 on behalf of the U.S. Army Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment Activity (USATA) hereby issues the following Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) to ascertain the level of interest of potential vendors desiring to contract for commercial services based on commercial catalog industry pricing. USATA is looking for potential vendors that can provide the equipment described below:
• Equipment Needed: Secondary Level Direct Current Comparator DC Resistance Ratio Bridge(2 Qty)
Minimum Specifications For Resistance Ratio Bridge System:
2.0 Minimum Technical Specifications
2.1 Measuring Ranges
2.1.1 resistance range 100?? to 100M?
2.1.2 source current range 0.1 to 100 Amps
2.1.3 source voltage to 100 Volts for high resistance measurements
2.2 Accuracy
2.2.1 basic accuracy of 0.1??/?
2.2.2 meets basic accuracy at faster reversal rates of 4 8 seconds or less.
2.2.3 performs middle range measurements rapidly (results averaging 30 readings in 5 minutes or less).
2.2.4 manufacturer s accuracy claims verified by 3rd party testing.
2.2.5 delivered with certificate of calibration from ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
2.3 Support
2.3.1 Must be supportable by with current APSL resistance laboratory standards to enable future periodic recalibrations.
2.3.2 Full performance test of ranges able to be performed by APSL in one day or less.
• Issue: USATA requires a higher accuracy and /or power buffering ability for measuring resistance.
