Mode of Procurement: Small Value Procurement
1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX, through RA 12009 and the Government Appropriations Act (GAA) FY-2026, intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND FORTY-NINE PESOS (₱676, 049.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Second-Quarter Supplies, which was divided into two (2) lots, as follows:
Lot-1: Office Supplies, ABC=₱234, 699.00
Lot-2: IT Supplies and Equipment, ABC=₱441, 350.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Regional Office No. IX hereby requests quotations from interested suppliers for the Procurement of Second-Quarter Office Supplies and IT Supplies in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009.
