Tender Details

This second consultation only concerns the relaunch of lot 29 which was declared without further action for reasons of general interest following a first consultation. Lot 29 is part of section 6: Maintenance, repairs, emergencies and works on equipment for the safety of property and people. This consultation was carried out by Amiens Métropole on behalf of the Amiens Métropole Central Purchasing Center (AMCA). This is a framework agreement, without minimum, with maximum, executed by the issuance of purchase orders by any AMCA member. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period which runs from August 28, 2026 until December 31, 2026. The maximum contractual amount of services for each period of the framework agreement is: 2, 000, 000.00 euros excluding tax for the initial period and 4, 000, 000.00 euros excluding tax for each renewal period. The estimated total value of 14, 000, 000.00 euros excluding tax indicated in this notice corresponds to the addition of the maximum contractual amounts of each period of the framework agreement. No free variation is allowed and no obligatory variation planned
