1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Philippine Orthopedic Center Bids and Awards Committee (POC - BAC ) invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for Supply and Delivery of Medical Supplies for (July-December 2026) with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Million Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighteen Pesos and Eighty Centavos (Php 4, 615, 618.80) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
