The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply of seats. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order - depending on the task Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requests the submission of the said evidence together with the offer to confirm the compliance of the offered product with the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order related to the implementation orders, in the form of: a catalog card and a photo separately for each assortment, confirming: model, dimensions, type of material and a photo of the assortment. 4. The ordering party requires the manufacturer/model/type or other data to be indicated in the contractor's offer clearly identifying the offered assortment. The name "Manufacturer" should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or of the entrepreneur placing the product on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. If not indicated by Contractor, Manufacturer/other data clearly identifying the assortment, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Act as inconsistent with the terms of the order. 5.
