This is an LTC for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and (1) one-year option period for NSN 1680-01-252-0373, P/N 70500-02152-047, Seat, Aircraft, EAD quantity is 20. Certified Cost & Pricing Data is not required. Subcontracting Plan is not required. This is a NAVY Critical Safety Item. This is a long-term contract with no expectations of a surplus dealer providing the material for the 2 years, therefore Surplus Items will not be considered for this procurement. NSN 1680-01-252-0373 is sole source to C.R. Daniel (CAGE 15814) and is listed as an approved manufacturer to make this item. Specification plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. FOB: Origin, Stock Location: New Cumberland, PA & Tracy, CA, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. No surplus material will be accepted. This procurement is being 100% set-aside for Small Businesses.
