The object of the acquisition is a search engine marketing expert service, the purpose of which is to plan, implement and maintain the subscriber's Google Ads advertising and to develop the discoverability of the subscriber's websites in search engines. The service includes bilingual (Finland and Sweden) planning, technical implementation, optimization and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns. Campaign types can be used, for example, search keyword advertising (Search), Display advertising, Discovery advertising and other Google Ads platform campaign types as needed. The service provider is responsible for the operational implementation of campaigns in the Google ecosystem. This includes planning the campaign structure, producing advertising texts and campaign contents according to the goals defined by the customer and based on core messages, technical implementation of campaigns and continuous optimization, monitoring and reporting of campaigns. The client is responsible for strategic marketing goals, defining target groups, core messages of campaigns, brand guidelines and on the delivery of visual materials used in campaigns. The subscriber accepts the campaign contents before they are published. The goal of the service is to direct traffic from search engines and Google advertising to the subscriber's websites and to improve the subscriber's information discoverability and correct presentation in search engines and search-based generative systems.
