Interested service providers are invited to submit a Response to this CFR for the opportunity to be awarded a contract for the facilitation of search and rescue Swiftwater Rescue Training services. The Services include the delivery of the Swiftwater Rescue Training, which includes instruction on the competencies described within the Swiftwater Qualifications Competency Matrix for GSAR volunteers in British Columbia.
