Description of the service: The object of the contract is the provision of the service of control assistants for the extraordinary opening of the libraries of the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya (UPC) on weekends, public holidays and days closed for energy saving during agreed exam periods with the academic calendar of each center. The purpose of the contract is to guarantee safe and orderly access to study spaces through access control, operational support and basic surveillance in all library spaces during all opening hours, in accordance with the protocols established by the Libraries, Publications and Archives Service and by the Surveillance and Security Service of the UPC.
