SE-26-07 Project manager for centralization and reorganization within the health services - prequalification The purpose of the procurement is to secure qualified project manager assistance to plan, structure and implement an overall restructuring and development process within the health and care services in Sel municipality, including the development of a future service model, organization and associated property and housing solutions. The procurement will contribute to the client establishing a robust and decision-making basis for further implementation of measures that support a future-oriented and sustainable development of the municipality's housing and service offer up until 2040. Furthermore, the acquisition must facilitate the establishment of a holistic connection between service development, organisation, housing policy and property/building, so that decisions can be made on a coordinated and consistent basis, and realized step by step within the current framework and assumptions. Through the procurement, the client must achieve: a structured and holistic project and program management, sufficient decision-making basis for political and administrative decisions, a feasible progress plan with clear phases and decision points, identification and handling of risks, dependencies and critical interfaces, realistic models for implementation, including cooperation with private actors. The supplier must use his specialist knowledge and competence to contribute to ensuring that the purpose of the contract is met.
