Renovation of the SDS rail profile measuring system MÁV Pályamöködtési Zrt. wants to develop its rail profile measurement technology and plans to purchase a new measuring system. In addition to the rail wear parameters, the equivalent taper parameter must also be calculated and to provide to the measurement system. The measuring system must be able to provide both external and internal wear data for each rail strand. In addition, an evaluation office software with unlimited use must be provided, in which the measurement data can be analyzed, with various settings (e.g. selection of a new rail type) to regenerate the wear parameters. The evaluation program must be able to communicate with the user in any European language, which can be solved by inserting a language file. The linguistic file translation is the responsibility of the customer. The measuring system must be installed on the MÁV Pályamöközödtesi Zrt. SDS rail diagnostic measuring car, its exact location and technical data are given in detail in the technical documentation. 1 piece for the winning bidder must deliver and install a rail profile measuring system on the rail diagnostic measuring trolley provided by the Customer according to the requirements specified in the technical description and its annexes, or equivalent requirements, in accordance with the schedule below (maximum 18 months from the conclusion of the contract, the customer accepts advance payment): o Factory acceptance: 8-12 months after the conclusion of the contract o Installation on the measuring cart: 2-4 months after acceptance at the factory o...
