Dear Sir / Madam, We are pleased to address you in order to request the submission of a quote for the acquisition of equipment and tools for the provision of a specialized Hydrocarbons laboratory for the training of refrigeration technicians at the national level ", as detailed in Annex 1 of this Request for Quotation(SdC).
