Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the public one-stage competition is to find the best possible interior architectural concept solution for offering library services to young people in the library building of Tallinn Südalinna in the premises of the former Mr. Maurus pub (hereinafter the pub premises) 167.3 m² in extent and for the current computer classroom in the extent of 61 m², connecting them with the existing library rooms. The new solution must be convenient, secure, innovative and functional for library users and employees. In the case of the library, it is a so-called with a third room next to the school and home, and the spatial environment must support the activities taking place there and function as an inviting, open and creative environment. The purpose of the competition is to conclude special terms and conditions of the design contract with the winner of the competition (hereinafter design contract) for the preparation of interior architecture projects and technical systems projects in accordance with EVS 932:2017 (preliminary, main and working project).
