The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of a multi-sensor fire detector type SD9479-28-401000 in an amount of 35 pieces. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer).2. Completion time of the subject of the proceedings.3. Validity of the offer.4. Warranty terms.5. Delivery conditions - DAP required according to Incoterms 2020.6. Contact person. The following should be attached to the offer in the form of attachments: 1. Current contract registration data (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF).2. Current business insurance (OC).
