1. Request for Quotation (RFQ) form can be obtained only at PAPC Canvass/contracting Committee Secretariat Hqs Phil Army, Fort Bonifacio, MM, Submission of Sealed Price will be at designated price quotation box located on the same address and will be opened on the date as indicated.
2. All prospective suppliers/bidder shall submit first original with photocopies of Class -œA- documents and comply with other requirements of Business Inspection to be eligible to transact business with PAPC, AFPPS.
3. All prospective bidders are required to submit their NFCC.
4. The Philippine Army, reserves the right to reject any and all Canvass proposals, declare of canvass, or not award the Purchase Order/ Contract Agreement in situation under Section 41 of RA 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to thee affected proponents.
