Description of the subject of the order - sale of steel scrap from structures1. Subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the sale of steel scrap from the dismantling of steel structures. Scrap mainly includes load-bearing elements (steel beams, sections), partially contaminated with remains of paint, concrete, rubble and reinforcement elements. 2. Characteristics of scrap (based on visual inspection) large steel elements (beams, profiles), visible traces of surface corrosion, local contamination concrete and construction rubble, possible presence of reinforcing wire and small steel elements, scrap in unprepared form - may require cutting before loading. 3. The scope of the order includes the purchase of scrap by the Contractor, loading (on the side of contractors, using appropriate equipment), possible cutting of elements on site, transport and collection of scrap, tidying up the area after the work is completed. 4. Completion dateThe scrap will be collected within 7 days from the date of signing the contract.5. Place of collectionConstruction site/storage yard indicated by the Ordering Party.6. Conditions of implementation The Contractor bears all costs related to loading, transport and management of scrap. The contractor must have the management authorizations required by law waste.
