·Scrap for gray cast iron - 200TS Ladies and Gentlemen, Acting on behalf of the President of the Management Board of Spółka AkcyjnaODLEWNIE POLSKIE, I hereby invite you to submit offers for the purchase of scrap for gray cast iron for our Company. The proceedings concern cast iron scrap grey. Scrap must not contain hazardous, explosive, radioactive or suspected materials. SCRAP PROTECTED AGAINST MOISTURE, ICE AND SNOW. Largest dimensions 400x400x300 mm, thickness not less than 1 mm, no non-ferrous metals, tar, rubber, varnishes and plastics. Mn content max. 1.50% (max 1.80); Si max.0.4% (max0.48); Cr max.0.4% (max. 0.48); Ni max. 0.3 (max 0.36), Cu max. 0.3 (max 0.36). The average value of the chemical composition obtained from the analyzes of 9 different samples must be within the range specified above. It is permissible to exceed the value by up to 20% for a maximum of 2 out of 9 samples. Any exceedance by more than 20% (even for 1 out of 9 samples) will disqualify the delivery.
