Purchasing Science lab materialsRequired Sample for all items considered for further evaluation. Evaluation Criteria: • The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, most technically acceptable offer.• Full compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex 1.Special conditions:• Delivery terms shall be Delivered delivery at place (DDP) to the UNRWA Central Warehouses in Damascus city.• Due to previous quality concerns, UNRWA requires samples of goods being tendered to be submitted with your bids. Explanations of the type of goods, brand and specifications must be included. • Samples should be collected within 3 months after which UNRWA will have the right to dispose in ways it deems fit• Samples are to be delivered to [Central Warehouses - Damascus - Al Mazzeh).• Vendors who have not previously registered with UNRWA are requested to complete their company profile and provide proof of Chamber of Commerce registration in a separate envelope, Registered vendors are requested to provide updates if changes have occurred since last registration.
