OBJECT OF THE PROCUREMENT The subject of the procurement is the renovation of the water roof of the Science Center Heureka as a complete contract including in addition to site management responsibilities, all construction and building engineering works and demolition works of the site in accordance with the plans mentioned in the list of documents, fully completed and in working condition, and site services as stated in the procurement documents described in more detail. CONTRACT-TIME The contract can be started immediately after signing the contract. Effective construction time is set aside for half a year. The effective construction time is considered to start when the contractor has received permission to start work. Employees the annual holiday month is counted in the effective construction time. The contract period calculated in this way is entered in the contract. The tenderer presents the construction schedule and submits the general schedule with the offer. PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE The law on public procurement and procurement of construction contracts exceeding the national threshold in accordance with user right agreements (1397/2016).
