BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this project is to replace the roofing, flashing, and add additional insulation (as needed) on 11 buildings, housing units A-K, two field houses and a sally port totaling approximately 400, 000 sq. ft. inside the secure facility. ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $9, 600, 000.00. APPLICATION DUE DATE WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2026, AT 4:30 P.M.
