Description of the service: The object of this contract is the provision of compulsory and non-compulsory school transport services aimed at students attending school in the region of Alt Penedès, on the routes detailed in this specification, with the aim of guarantee the continuity of the service during the 2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029 school years. The purpose of this tender is to award the routes declared deserted in the procurement procedure approved by the Plenary of the Regional Council of l'Alt Penedès of February 19, 2026 and declared deserted by agreement of the Plenum of May 14, 2026, it being necessary to process a new procedure to ensure the provision of the service.
