Tender Details

The city of Loviisa tenders the school transport services and other related services described in the procurement documents. The service provider routes the rides in accordance with Appendix 2 and the student lists and reading schedules provided by the procurement unit. Acquisition In addition to the trips in question, the scope also includes additional transportation ordered by the procurement unit as needed, such as taking students to the swimming pool, as well as other services described in the procurement documents, especially in appendices 2 and 4. Each one The selection of the winning offer in the sub-region is based on the cheapest comparison price per kilometer. The procurement unit ensures sufficient quality by setting the minimum requirements for the procurement object sufficiently strict. For sub-areas 1-9, one supplier per sub-area will be selected. A procurement contract is concluded with each supplier. No framework arrangement will be established in these sub-areas. In the procurement, a framework arrangement of 10 multiple bidders will be established for the sub-area. All suitable bidders will be selected for the framework arrangement.
