This is the purchase of school transport services for school trips in accordance with Section 32 of the Basic Education Act, which the city must organize. The service is relevant for the implementation of basic education. The request for tender applies to student transportation for the Forssa urban area and Koijärvi rural school, as well as the Forssa region school transport for small groups to Forssa in the academic year 2026-2027. The procurement is divided into three areas. The procurement unit selects one (1) service provider for each sub-area, with whom a contract will be concluded. The service provider to be chosen can also be the provider's formed by the grouping. The provider can offer one or more areas. Sub-bids within the sub-area are not allowed. Parallel offers are not allowed within the sub-area. Alternative offers are not allowed. Procurement unit does not commit to minimum purchase quantities.
