INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS SCHOOL SUPPLIES
1) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz, through the KADUNUNGAN General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 1, 434, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various School Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Prieto Diaz now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of various School Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
