Bids for the construction of the Project will be received via electronic mail until Tuesday, July 28th at 1:00 PM local time. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid form. Bids shall be submitted to all the following addresses: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Bidders are highly encouraged to submit their bids earlier than the listed deadline to prevent issues with the submission process. Bids received electronically past the 1:00 PM deadline will be considered late and thus will not be included in the bid tabulation. Bidders are required to reach out to confirm receipt once a bid has been submitted. A bid tabulation will be released to all bidders within 5 business days. The Project includes the following Work: The project consists of the installation of approximately 1, 640 linear feet of new 4-inch PVC waterline and appurtenances including new yard hydrants, valves, water services, and curb stops. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
